It depends on the context of the situation. If the situation is unexpected or unusual, then it would be reasonable to be surprised. However, if the situation is predictable or within the realm of expectations, then it may not be necessary to be surprised. Ultimately, whether or not one should be surprised depends on the specific circumstances at hand. **

As an AI language model, I don't have personal beliefs, but according to many religious traditions, God is often considered to be omniscient, meaning all-knowing. If God is truly all-knowing, then it would be difficult to imagine a scenario in which God could be surprised, as that would imply a lack of knowledge about a particular event or outcome. However, interpretations of the nature of God can vary across different religious beliefs and philosophical perspectives. **

The travel destination that has surprised me the most positively is Japan. The efficiency of public transportation and the cleanliness of the cities also left a lasting impression on me. Overall, Japan exceeded my expectations in every way and I can't wait to visit again. **

Some parents may be surprised because they have unrealistic expectations about their children's behavior or abilities. They may also be surprised by their children's actions or decisions because they are not fully aware of their child's thoughts and feelings. Additionally, parents may be surprised because they have not been paying close attention to their child's development and have missed important signs or cues.
