To do bounty hunts with a posse in RDR2, you can first form a posse by going to the player menu and selecting the "Form Posse" option. Once your posse is formed, you can then go to the bounty board in a town to pick up a bounty hunting mission. After accepting the mission, your posse members can join you in the hunt by following you to the location of the bounty target. Together, you can then take down the target and bring them in for the reward. Working as a posse can make bounty hunts more efficient and enjoyable, as you can coordinate your efforts and take on tougher challenges. **
